1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter is Jardine Pacific Group Pty Ltd ACN: 121 453 094, 83 Upton Street Bundall QLD 4217. Employees and immediate family members of the promoter, promotional partners, their affiliated companies and persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter. Entry is only available to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

3. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes, however to participate in this promotion entrants must attend an arranged Jardine Pacific Group Pty Ltd workshop. Only one entry per couple or family and entrants may only participate and enter the draw or receive any promotional gifts once.

 

4. The competition commences on 15 October 2009 and closes at 5.00pm EST on Thursday 14th October 2010.

5. All eligible entries received during the period of the competition will go in the draw to win the prize. The prize is the winners’ choice of either a BMW SERIES1 or MERCEDES B180 base model, both with manual transmission, air-conditioning and all on road costs OR $50,000 cash which if chosen will be in the form of a crossed Company Cheque. Cash prize value is in Australian Currency.

 

6. The draw for the prize will take place at 12.00pm on Monday 18th October 2010 at the promoter's office 83 Upton Street, Bundall QLD 4217. Winner will be determined by manually generated draw, supervised by a Justice of the Peace and under Police supervision. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail within 48 hours of the draw and details of the winners will be published in the Brisbane Courier Mail & The Adelaide Advertiser newspapers on Saturday 23rd October 2010.

 

7. All reasonable steps will be taken to notify the winner; however in the event we can’t locate the winner, a redraw will take place at 12 noon, Monday 1st November, 2010 at the same location to determine a new winner. In the event of a dispute the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

8. All entries become the property of the promoter. Neither the sponsors nor any of the agents are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.

 

9. The information on this entry form is being collected by the promoter for the purposes of the advertised promotion and utilization by the promoter. If you win it is a condition of entry you agree to be photographed accepting the prize and agree that the promoter may publish such photographs in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any payment or compensation to you. The promoter may also disclose information collected from entry forms to its related entities and affiliated suppliers for their marketing purposes.
