Shaping the company's brand through their hands-on involvement with marketing and public relations initiatives; they build and maintain alliances with key entities and professionals; and personally direct Jardine Pacific Group's affiliates.

Recognized as an industry leader, the company's sales volume has increased eight fold in the past four years. This sales growth has positioned Jardine Pacific Group as one of the top sales brokerages in its field. This is due in part to the company's ever-expanding services and dedication to providing its clients with first class information.

Ian has been with property marketing and the building industry in Australia for over 20 years. He has proven himself to be an excellent businessman with the ability to achieve tremendous success for our clients.

 

Ian now concentrates on the day-to-day administration of the business, overseeing the large team of highly qualified staff, formulating plans for the future and ensuring that the phenomenal growth of Jardine Pacific Group continues on track.

 

The vision for Jardine Pacific Group, which he and business partner John Surtees began to make a reality, boldly set itself apart by being a different kind of real estate company, one characterized by its full-service approach to client relationships.


Under Ian's direction, Jardine Property Group continues to set the standard for residential real estate companies in Australia.

John has a distinguished background in marketing and finance and has practiced in Canada, United States, New Zealand and Europe.

 

He is one of the founding partners of Jardine Pacific Group and has been instrumental in establishing strong relationships with major lenders, finance broking organisations, accountancy practices and financial planners.

 

John holds Mortgage & Finance Industry Association of Australia accreditation and is registered with all major lenders in Australia allowing him to obtain the best finance structure for his clients; he is a licensed Mortgage Broker, a full member of the MFAA, holds an REIQ sales license, Accredited Reverse Mortgage consultant and is a registered Justice of the Peace.
